Faulty OneSchool Computer System Triggers Health Payroll Fiasco

A issue that is being labeled as the next health payroll debacle, thanks to a faulty computer system, but only this time around Qld State Schools are the victims. The final roll out of the newly installed computer system in Queensland schools will be delayed until early next year because of a number of mix ups with the bill payments.
The errors caused by the OneSchool computer system have left hundreds of schools complaining about mix-ups with contractors' pay and other bills. Half of Queensland's public schools have been using the OneSchool computer system to control accounts payable and receivable since the June/July holidays and now are all facing its disastrous consequences.
Education Minister Cameron Dick said it was "unfair to compare glitches in a new computer system used by Queensland schools with last year's Queensland Health payroll debacle".
